### Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. As a part-time representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with a passion for helping others and the ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, troubleshooting issues as required to enhance the customer experience.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Actively listen to customer concerns to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to find solutions to customer problems and escalate issues as necessary.

- **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate reports on call metrics and customer feedback to help improve service delivery processes.

- **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to build product knowledge and refine customer service skills.

- **Customer Engagement:**
- Use persuasive techniques to promote company services and products, aiming to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment, encouraging and supporting fellow staff members.

### Requirements:

**Education and Experience:**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service are a plus.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
