**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our remote team. As an entry-level representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their inquiries, issues, and feedback. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the QSR Brands experience.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Service:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and courteously. Provide information about menu items, promotions, and assistance with orders.
- **Problem Resolution:** Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolution.
- **Order Processing:** Assist customers in placing orders while following established procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to share customer feedback and improve service quality.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Provide insights and suggestions for enhancing processes and customer experiences based on interactions.
- **Adherence to Standards:** Uphold the highest ethical standards and integrity in all communications and interactions.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet individual performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores, and follow-up requirements.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills, contributing to your personal development.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
