### Key Responsibilities

- **Issue Resolution:** Efficiently identify and resolve customer issues, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- **Database Management:** Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality while also tracking customer interactions and outcomes.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and management to share best practices, updates on current issues, and relevant information that can enhance customer experience.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and improve service techniques.
- **Quality Assurance:** Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of service quality, monitoring call metrics and striving to meet performance goals.
### Requirements
**Educational Background:**
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
**Experience:**
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center/customer service role.
- Proven experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using call center technology including CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and communication tools.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills to assist customers with product-related issues.
