- Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries via live chat.

- Document and follow up on customer interactions, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a chat support role.
- Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
- Confident and driven personality, with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, even in informal settings, showcasing a knack for guiding and supporting teammates.
- Excellent planning and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple inquiries and tasks under pressure.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for helping customers and resolving their issues.
