### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers through chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- **Documentation**: Accurately log customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues using company systems.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and record customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to be able to assist customers effectively and confidently.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to escalate issues and share customer insights that could inform overall service delivery.
- **Training Participation**: Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rates.

### Requirements

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or chat support role.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using chat support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues are preferred.
