- **Documentation**: Accurately log customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues using company systems.

### Requirements
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or chat support role.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using chat support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues are preferred.
