Job Description:
Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and accuracy
- Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions
- Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in chat support or customer service
- Adaptable and independent personality traits
- Strong planning and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
