Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a talented and driven Chat Support Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various chat platforms.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat communication- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner- Provide product information and assistance to customers- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively- Confident and independent personality traits- Leadership and people management skills- Proficient in using chat platforms and other customer support tools- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customer inquiries- Associate level seniority
