**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers through live chat, responding to inquiries and providing assistance in a timely manner.
- Understand customer needs by actively listening and clarifying issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address general inquiries about products, services, and company policies effectively and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments (like sales, technical support) to address complex issues or concerns that may require additional expertise.
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately into the CRM system, ensuring that all communication is tracked for quality assurance and future reference.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
- Monitor and respond to support requests in adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding recurring issues and customer concerns to assist in process improvements.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education in a relevant field is a plus.
