### Job Description:

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in communicating with our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**: Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner via chat support. Ensure a friendly, clear, and helpful communication style to enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate with other teams to stay updated on any changes or developments.

- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions using our internal systems. Maintain comprehensive records to ensure consistency and continuity in customer support.

- **Feedback Loop**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Share insights with the management team to enhance service quality and efficiency.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to share best practices and assist with escalated issues. Collaborate in setting high standards for customer support and develop innovative solutions for ongoing challenges.

- **Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually improve skill sets and product knowledge, ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and industry best practices.

### Requirements:

**Education and Experience**:
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat support environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
