- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other support staff and departments to resolve complex customer issues and promote a seamless customer experience.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer support techniques.

### Requirements:
- **Education:** High school diploma (or equivalent); further education in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience necessary; however, experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.

- Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including chat platforms and customer relationship management tools.
