Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
Required skill(s): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.
Job Description: Assists in overall supervision of the contract agencies to ensure all operations meet legal requirements.
Follow up invoice from admin section related supplier and prepare monthly payment report to account within time frame.
Assists to review OSH policy, procedure, safety operating procedure (SOP), OSH form, JSA and etc.
Assist to organizing and promoting OSH program at workplace.
Organize and conduct Safety & Health Committe meeting and prepare its minutes meeting.
Prepare monthly Safety & Health Report and ensure all the potential improvement being addressed timely.
