**Job Description**:

Petronas, a global energy leader, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Relations Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our client relations department, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Your energy, resourcefulness, and strong communication skills will be instrumental in fostering positive interactions and driving the success of our client engagement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about services and products. Cultivate strong relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner, coordinating with appropriate internal departments to ensure a smooth resolution process.
- **Data Management**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of client data.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive market and client research to understand client needs and preferences, providing insights to inform service offerings and marketing strategies.
- **Communication**: Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and updates to stakeholders regarding client feedback and market trends. Foster open lines of communication with clients and the internal team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to relay client feedback and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training programs to enhance personal development and client relationship skills. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.
- **Innovation**: Encourage continuous improvement by questioning processes and seeking innovative solutions to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
- **Client Retention Strategies**: Collaborate on and implement strategies to promote client loyalty and increase client satisfaction levels.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years' experience in client relations, customer service, or a related role within a corporate setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- **Personality Traits**:
- Resourceful: Ability to navigate challenges effectively and identify creative solutions.
- Energetic: A positive, enthusiastic approach to client interactions and problem-solving.

- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and listen actively to client needs.
