**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Client Relations Manager to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met while enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty. Your adaptability and innovative approach will help us navigate challenges and leverage opportunities in the client relationship space.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for queries and feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.

2. **Communication & Coordination:**
- Communicate client requirements and feedback effectively to internal teams, ensuring alignment in service delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operation teams to facilitate smooth project execution and client engagements.
- Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and webinars to communicate strategic initiatives and value propositions.

3. **Problem Solving:**
- Address client issues and service interruptions promptly, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Gather insights from clients to refine service offerings and propose actionable improvements.

4. **Performance Metrics & Reporting:**
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting trends and actionable recommendations.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform the strategic direction of client services.

5. **Training & Development:**
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge, sharing insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members on client relationship best practices and strategies.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service in a corporate setting.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful – ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.
- Adaptable – comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent teamwork skills to foster collaborative working relationships across departments.
