**Job Overview**
Petronas is seeking a motivated and confident Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As a key representative of our company, you will serve as the liaison between Petronas and our valued clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support. This part-time role is designed for individuals with a strong background in client relations and a passion for fostering positive relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- **Account Management**: Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded, leading to increased satisfaction and retention.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance service delivery.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve client issues with sensitivity and professionalism, utilizing emotional intelligence to de-escalate situations and find mutually beneficial solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on client relations metrics, summarizing activities, client feedback, and areas for improvement to management.
- **Training and Support**: Assist in training new team members on best practices in client relations and service excellence.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant information and solutions.

**Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management within a corporate setting.
