Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Relations Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote work based in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in client relations or account management
- Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
