**Job Description:**
Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Client Relations Representative** to join our dedicated team. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing significantly to the client experience. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and communication to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Support:**
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
2. **Relationship Management:**
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services and gather feedback for improvement.
3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support activities in the company's CRM system.
4. **Presentation and Reporting:**
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on new products, services, and initiatives.
- Compile reports on client feedback and satisfaction metrics to communicate insights to the management team.
5. **Project Management:**
- Assist in various projects aimed at improving client relations and overall service quality.
- Manage your time effectively to handle multiple client requests and projects simultaneously.
6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment of client strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in client relations.
**Requirements:**
- **Education and Experience:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role (preferably in telecommunications or IT).
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Capable of handling challenging situations with a positive attitude and determination.
- Driven: Motivated to achieve personal and team goals while maintaining high performance standards.
- **Soft Skills:**
