### Job Description

**Overview:**
Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position that requires a proactive individual who is resourceful, hardworking, and adept at building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will leverage their creativity and persuasive skills to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Communication:**
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing a portfolio of accounts. Effectively communicate with clients through various channels (email, phone, and virtual meetings) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth operations.

- **Relationship Management:**
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations. Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, implementing feedback to improve services.

- **Problem Solving:**
Address client concerns efficiently and effectively. Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and propose solutions to enhance the client experience.

- **Reporting and Documentation:**
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and account activity, providing insights for management review.

- **Collaboration:**
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience. Participate in cross-departmental projects aimed at improving service offerings.

- **Client Onboarding:**
Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring all processes are completed smoothly. Provide training and resources to clients as needed to help them utilize our services effectively.

- **Market Intelligence:**
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for business growth and effectively communicate these insights to the management team.

- **Flexibility and Adaptability:**
Adjust to shifts in client demands and operational changes. Manage your schedule effectively to accommodate client needs while ensuring productivity.

### Requirements:

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.

**Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a resourceful mindset.
- Proven persuasion skills with the ability to influence client decisions positively.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance the client experience.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools.
