**Job Description:**

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. This part-time position is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and fostering strong client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing support to our clients and will be committed to upholding the values and reputation of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- **Data Management:** Assist in managing client databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date, accurate, and securely maintained. Analyze client feedback and service usage to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Support Services:** Provide administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist in coordinating client meetings, including logistics and preparation of necessary materials.
- **Problem Resolution:** Tackle client issues with a proactive and strategic mindset. Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to assess problems and devise efficient solutions, escalating to management when necessary.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align client needs with service offerings. Share insights and trends from client interactions to inform business strategies.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant regulations, and quality standards in all client interactions and documentation.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in client service, customer support, or a related role, preferably within a corporate or industrial environment.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be dedicated to delivering high-quality service and reliable in fulfilling responsibilities and commitments.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong critical thinking abilities to analyze client needs and service issues.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
