### Job Description

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Track client interactions and feedback to identify potential areas for service improvement.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Investigate and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
- Identify trends in client feedback and provide strategic recommendations to improve service delivery.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the designated system.
- Support the team with coordinating client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.

- **Strategic Planning:**
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor industry trends and client needs to contribute to the development of innovative service solutions.

- **Community Engagement:**
- Actively participate in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives organized by the company.
- Promote community involvement within client interactions to foster a sense of purpose and connection.

### Requirements

- **Education and Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
