#### Overview:
As a Client Service Officer at Hartalega Holdings Berhad, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting client loyalty. #### Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Engagement:**
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring timely responses to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
- **Account Management:**
- Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure client expectations are met.
- **Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:**
- Analyze client issues and propose suitable solutions, making informed decisions that benefit both the clients and company objectives.
- Document and escalate significant client issues to relevant departments for resolution.
- **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Utilize client feedback and data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and satisfaction levels for internal review.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to share client insights and contribute to strategy formulation.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, actively contributing ideas to enhance service offerings.
- **Administrative Support:**
- Support the client service team with administrative duties as needed, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating client events.
#### Requirements:
- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:**
- No prior experience required; however, internships or part-time roles in customer service will be advantageous.
- **Personality Traits:**

- **Soft Skills:**
