### Job Description

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Service Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. This entry-level part-time position is ideal for individuals looking to launch their careers in client relations within a reputable organization. As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and effectively while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and in-person communications.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foster new ones to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions that enhance client experiences.
- Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system to enable effective follow-up and communication.

- **Project Management Support:**
- Assist with project management tasks, including organizing schedules, tracking progress, and reporting on project status.
- Coordinate client-related projects, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.

- **Strategic Planning Contribution:**
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to provide insights from client feedback that can influence product/service improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs better and contribute to the development of targeted strategies.

- **Compliance and Reporting:**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
- Prepare reports on client feedback and service performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to management.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Provide general administrative support to the client service team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining departmental records.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals as needed.

#### **Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:**
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

- **Personal Traits:**
- Resilient: Demonstrates the ability to remain composed under pressure and learn from setbacks.
- Adaptable: Open to change and capable of adjusting to new situations and challenges.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
