YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Service Officer to join our team in a part-time, work-from-home capacity. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in understanding the company's products and services, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system to ensure exceptional service levels and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of client issues, facilitating effective communication and a seamless process.
- Conduct client analyses to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, gathering feedback, and implementing changes based on client input.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, developing strategies to enhance service and address any areas of concern.
- Participate in regular training sessions and professional development initiatives to stay informed of best practices in client service and industry developments.
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights that promote an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation.

**Requirements:**

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a capacity to influence others and drive improvements in service delivery.
- Independent, hardworking, and self-motivated with a passion for delivering superior client service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using various software applications, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools.
