**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru. This part-time position primarily focuses on providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering a positive relationship with our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to our products and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat communications promptly and professionally, ensuring that all client interactions are courteous and informative.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to showcase our projects and services, tailoring the content to meet client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track follow-ups and manage client data effectively.
- Assist with the development and deployment of client surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather insights for service improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all client communications.
- Support team initiatives and participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance workflow processes for improved client service delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for exceptional customer service.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs promptly.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Malay is desirable.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including flexible schedules if necessary to accommodate client meetings.
