**Job Description**

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is looking for a motivated and passionate Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support, all while operating in a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive work environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

2. **Problem Solving:**
- Analyze client issues, provide effective solutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work diligently to provide timely resolutions.

3. **Order Management:**
- Process client orders accurately and efficiently, confirming details and ensuring timely delivery.
- Track order status and communicate updates to clients, maintaining transparency throughout the process.

4. **Feedback Mechanism:**
- Gather and document client feedback regarding products and services, and relay this information to the appropriate teams for improvement.
- Assist in developing strategies for enhancing client experience and satisfaction.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all client needs are met and exceeded.
- Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to strategic planning.

6. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the designated CRM system.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to client service operations as needed.

7. **Training and Development:**
- Stay informed about product updates, service changes, and industry trends to effectively assist clients.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively.
- Motivated and passionate about providing excellent client service with a proactive mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a good balance of empathy and assertiveness.
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills to identify client needs and potential service opportunities.
