Digi.Com Berhad, a leading telecommunications provider in Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of Digi.Com Berhad's products and services to effectively communicate benefits and assist clients with their needs.
- Proactively engage clients to assess their satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients by guiding them through service agreements, product setup, and account management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product management, to facilitate effective solutions and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Conduct follow-up communications after service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and to address potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients and management.
- Uphold compliance with the company's policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and quality standards.

**Requirements:**

**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.

**Technical Proficiencies:**
