### Job Description

As a Client Service Specialist, you will be a vital part of our remote team, responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain strong relationships with our clients while contributing to the company's growth and success.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Relationship Management:**
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing timely solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- **Communication:**
Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams. Provide clients with updates regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product issues, ensuring transparency and prompt responses.
- **Problem Solving and Decision Making:**
Use your expertise to identify client issues and provide effective solutions. Make informed decisions regarding client requests, ensuring satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- **Data Management:**
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and inquiries in our CRM system. Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration:**
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay client feedback and collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction and product offerings.
- **Training and Support:**
Provide training and support to clients regarding new products or services. Assist them in understanding product features and benefits to maximize their experience with Hartalega.
- **Reporting:**
Prepare regular reports on client feedback, service performance, and account status, sharing insights with management to inform strategic decisions.
- **Continuous Improvement:**
Contribute to the development of service improvement initiatives by participating in brainstorming sessions and suggesting process enhancements that drive efficiency.
#### Requirements:
- **Education:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:**
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role. Experience in the manufacturing or healthcare sector is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills:**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
