### Job Description:
IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Client Services team as a Client Service Specialist. ### Responsibilities:
- **Client Communication**: Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or online chat with professionalism and empathy.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and evaluate client complaints and issues, leveraging problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Maintain Client Records**: Update and maintain accurate client data and documentation in our CRM system to ensure compliance and service quality.
- **Processing Requests**: Assist clients with service-related requests including scheduling appointments, providing information about healthcare services, and processing transactions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as the medical staff, billing department, and management to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences to identify areas for improvement and communicate these insights to management.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills; be open to learning and adapting to new processes.
- **Promote Services**: Inform clients about additional services and programs that may benefit them, helping to enhance overall client satisfaction and loyalty.
### Requirements:
- **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent required; a degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; however, any experience in customer service or healthcare is advantageous.
