Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
- Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
- Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals and KPIs

Requirements:
- Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a remote setting
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and drive desired outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other client support tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
