- **Feedback Implementation:**
Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in services, sharing insights with relevant teams for enhancement initiatives.

- **Follow-Up:**
Proactively follow up with clients post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.

- **Collaboration:**
Work collaboratively with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and product development to align client needs with company services.

- **Reporting:**
Prepare regular reports on client interactions, issues resolved, and customer satisfaction to share with management.

- **Educational Background:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

- **Experience:**
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support, customer service, or similar roles.

- **Technical Skills:**
Proficient in using CRM software and other tools necessary for client management. Familiarity with data analysis software is a plus.
