Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Client Support Manager to join our team at S P Setia Berhad. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve products and services based on client feedback
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7 years of experience in client support or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
