Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a Client Support Manager to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and satisfaction metrics.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.

Requirements:
1. Confident and resilient personality traits.
2. Strong persuasion and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
