Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resilient **Client Support Officer** to join our team in Johor Bahru. As a vital member of our client support division, you will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication, prompt resolution of inquiries, and exemplary service delivery. #### Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- **Problem Resolution:** Analyze client issues efficiently, employing strong decision-making skills to resolve problems effectively while maintaining client satisfaction and rapport.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions within the client management system. Ensure that information is updated and readily accessible.
- **Client Support Strategy:** Collaborate with the Client Support Manager to develop strategies aimed at improving client support workflows and overall client experience.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and client support skills. Assist in onboarding new team members through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- **Feedback Gathering:** Gather client feedback through surveys and direct conversations to identify trends and opportunities for service enhancements.
- **Reporting:** Prepare monthly reports on client interactions, feedback, and service performance metrics for managerial review.
- **Travel Coordination:** Assist in arranging travel plans for site visits or client meetings, ensuring that all logistical aspects are managed efficiently.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Work closely with project management, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive client communication and satisfaction.
#### Skills and Requirements:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support, customer service, or equivalent role, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
- **Resilience and Motivation:** Must demonstrate a high level of resilience in facing challenges and a motivation to provide exceptional client service.
- **Analytical Skills:** Proven ability to analyze client needs and feedback, synthesizing insights into actionable strategies.
