### Job Description

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Officer to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is integral to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on promptness and professionalism.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify, analyze, and resolve client issues effectively by utilizing problem-solving skills, coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.
- **Account Management:** Maintain and update client records in our CRM system, ensuring all details are current and accurate.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management; contribute to team meetings and share insights.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Actively solicit and document client feedback, suggesting enhancements or improvements to services or processes based on client experiences.
- **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare reports on client support interactions, track metrics, and present findings to management to drive strategic decisions.
- **Support Initiatives:** Participate in project-based work as needed, including onboarding new clients and supporting the rollout of new services.
- **Training and Development:** Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices, and continually enhancing your skills to improve service delivery.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support, customer service, or a relevant role.

- Motivated: Self-driven with the enthusiasm to take initiative in enhancing client support and satisfaction.
