### Job Description:

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. ### Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the first point of contact for clients by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Problem Solving**: Effectively assess and resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries by providing accurate and timely information and solutions.
- **Support Services**: Assist clients with airport services, including reservations, ticketing, baggage inquiries, and flight information, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and organize customer interactions and service records in our database, ensuring accurate and current information is available for team and management reference.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback and report patterns of client complaints and suggestions to the management to improve service quality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless client experience, participating in team meetings and providing valuable insights.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve client service skills.
- **Adaptability**: Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding effectively to changing situations or unexpected challenges that may arise.

### Requirements:

#### Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in the travel or aviation industry.
