### Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As a part-time associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our products and services effectively. By leveraging technology and innovative solutions, you will be expected to enhance the customer experience and ensure long-lasting relationships.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat; addressing inquiries and delivering prompt and effective solutions.
- Educate clients about our product offerings, new features, and service enhancements.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Proactively identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction; troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, problems, and resolutions to ensure a consistent history of customer service engagement.

3. **Feedback Management:**
- Collect, analyze, and communicate client feedback to internal teams to aid in service and product improvement.
- Assist in the development of feedback mechanisms for ongoing assessment of client satisfaction.

4. **Follow-up and Engagement:**
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any further needs.
- Develop and share regular insights and reports on client trends and feedback with the management team.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide insights gathered from client interactions, contributing to strategy development and improvement of services.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on client-related issues, ensuring alignment across departments.

6. **Time Management:**
- Prioritize and manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Effectively balance workload during peak business hours to ensure timely response and service delivery.

7. **Training and Development:**
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in client support to uphold high standards of service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or relevant field experience.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a client support or customer service role, preferably in a related industry.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools to manage and track client interactions efficiently.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Confident:** Ability to engage with clients assertively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- **Independent:** Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently without constant supervision.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Decision-Making:** Strong decision-making skills to address complex client issues and concerns independently.
- **Time Management:** Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet company goals and client expectations.
