**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide exceptional support by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions about our products and services.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Perodua's offerings to effectively communicate solutions and provide tailored assistance to clients.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is recorded and updated.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, logistics) to resolve client issues and provide feedback when necessary.
- Monitor and follow up on client requests to ensure timely resolution and complete customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the creation of support materials, including FAQs, user guides, and process documentation to improve the client experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and client support skills.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their needs and providing personalized service.
- Take ownership of assigned client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products.
**Requirements:**
- Relevant experience in customer support or a similar role for at least 1 year.
- Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Exceptional people management skills with the capability to manage varying client personalities and needs.
- An independent work ethic, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a remote working environment and manage time effectively.
- High energy and enthusiasm, fostering a positive experience for clients and team members alike.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is advantageous but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
