### Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client support or a related field, and possess a strong desire to contribute positively to our clients' experiences.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Interaction & Support:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins.
- Gather and document client feedback to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

2. **Problem-Solving:**
- Assess and analyze client issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and troubleshooting efforts using the CRM system.

3. **Client Onboarding:**
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.
- Create and provide clients with orientation materials and training resources as needed.

4. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Monitor client activity and engagement using analytics tools to identify opportunities for additional support or upselling of services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client support metrics and individual performance to management.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and contribute to the overall client support strategy.
- Foster a productive team environment that encourages transparency and open dialogue.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures for client support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to provide relevant information and proactive support.

### Requirements:

- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support, customer service, or a similar role.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with support ticket systems and remote collaboration tools.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong decision-making abilities to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking individual with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
