Client Support Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to work from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions- Meet or exceed customer service and sales targets

Requirements:- Reliable and motivated individual who can work independently from home- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to handle client inquiries effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience in customer service or sales roles preferred- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
