### Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- **Inquiry Resolution:** Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, utilizing active listening and problem-solving skills to address needs and concerns.
- **Information Management:** Provide accurate information regarding QSR Brands' products, services, and promotions, ensuring customers are well-informed and satisfied.
- **Data Entry:** Maintain and update customer information in the database while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Report Generation:** Assist in the preparation and analysis of performance reports, identifying trends in customer interactions to optimize service delivery.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance:** Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, promoting ethical behavior and compliance within the contact center.
- **Training Support:** Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
### Requirements
**Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Comfortable using various communication tools and technologies.
