### Job Description

Westports Holdings Berhad, a leading provider of port management services, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Contact Center Officer to join our dedicated customer service team. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction**: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (email, chat, phone) in a professional, efficient manner.
- **Information Management**: Gather and analyze customer information to provide tailored solutions, ensuring all inquiries are logged accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer needs promptly and resolve issues effectively while maintaining composure under pressure and in challenging situations.
- **Communication and Follow-up**: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers regarding their inquiries, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve services and products, providing insights to management.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to meet performance targets and share best practices within the team.
- **Process Improvement**: Actively participate in training sessions and contribute suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- **Compliance and Standards**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality service.

### Requirements

#### Education & Experience
- No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those new to the industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent. Higher education in a related field is a plus.
