**Job Description:**

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Remote Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch telecommunications services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide guidance on products and services, including troubleshooting technical issues and resolving billing discrepancies.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Analyze customer issues efficiently and collaboratively to identify solutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system, providing a comprehensive record of all dealings for future reference.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Become proficient in products, services, and promotions offered by Telekom Malaysia Berhad to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on new product launches and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

4. **Sales Support:**
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in tracking and reporting sales leads generated through customer interactions.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and share insights for better customer engagement.
- Participate in regular training and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service techniques.

6. **Performance Metrics:**
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals, including call response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and problem resolution efficiency.
- Provide feedback on internal processes and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Business or Communications is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, customer service experience is an advantage.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in information relay.
- Strong analytical abilities to diagnose customer issues effectively.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software; prior experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Comfortable with video conferencing and online communication tools.

- **Availability:** Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
