**Job Description:**

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and want to make a difference in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while handling inquiries and supporting our customers with their needs relating to our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of Hartalega's product offerings and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively; escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments while ensuring prompt follow-up.
- **Communication:** Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal teams, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services offered by Hartalega.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments such as sales, logistics, and product development to ensure customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- **Team Participation:** Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and supporting initiatives aimed at improving customer care operations.
- **Strategic Planning:** Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer service delivery and promote customer engagement initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with chat and ticketing systems is advantageous.
