**Job Description:**

Top Glove Corporation Berhad, the world's largest manufacturer of gloves, is seeking a passionate and resourceful Remote Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals keen on developing their customer service skills in a globally recognized organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.

2. **Problem Solving:**
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize available resources and tools to troubleshoot and assist customers effectively.

3. **Order Processing:**
- Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders in our system.
- Ensure accuracy in order details and follow up on pending orders.

4. **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Top Glove products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
- Provide clear and informative product guidance and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.

5. **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and recurring issues to share with the team for process improvement.

6. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance customer support operations.

7. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on company products, services, and customer support best practices.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to improve personal and team performance.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- No prior experience is required, but familiarity with customer service environments (internships, volunteer experience) is an advantage.

- **Skills & Competencies:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer happiness.
- Resourceful in finding solutions to customer concerns and capable of working independently.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong cooperation and teamwork skills to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.
