Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues.3. Providing information about products and services to customers.4. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed.5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Conducting research to find solutions to customer problems.7. Negotiating with customers to reach a satisfactory resolution.8. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.9. Meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits.3. Strong negotiation and research skills.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
