As a Contact Center Representative, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a positive customer experience while assisting clients with their inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. Ensure that all customer interactions reflect a commitment to understanding their needs.

- **Issue Resolution:** Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Show empathy and patience while addressing customer complaints or concerns.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Kenanga's financial products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.

- **Documentation:** Accurately document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring every detail is logged for future reference and quality assurance.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support for customer inquiries and to escalate issues as necessary.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively seek feedback from customers and identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or experience in customer service is a plus.

- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, a passion for customer service and finance is essential.

- **Adaptable:** Ability to adjust and respond effectively to changing priorities and customer needs.
- **Reliable:** Consistently punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Presentation Skills:** Capable of conveying information clearly and engagingly.

- **Technical Skills:** Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
