Customer Care Assistant Manager / Senior Executive

Ensure after-sales support to customers by providing a high-quality level of customer service (e. g. receiving and responding to customer queries, attending to customer needs);Respond promptly and direct customer requests and issues to the designated resource and follow up on customer interactions;Using the in-house system to update all key collections, defects tracking, etc.;Preparing management report;Attending meetings with Project Team, Contractors, etc.;Preparation of correspondence. Answering customers correspondences through email, social media, and by phone;Ensuring the processing in orders. Requirement Diploma / Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as business administration;At least 1 year of customer service experience;Customer-First with a can-do attitude;Adaptability, positive thinking, ability to use positive language, empathy, patience, understanding;Focus on details;Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent customer service attitude;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, negotiating skills;Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well;Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, accomplish ad hoc task assigned by superior;Build a positive team environment;Motivate, and if necessary discipline the workforce. Additional Requirements Work committed and dedicated;Well time management;Able to handle task independently;Being well-versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and additional languages would be advantageous.
