### Job Description

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, possess strong time management skills, and demonstrate innovation in problem-solving. This part-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and is an opportunity to thrive in an inclusive and fair work environment.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Support:** Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

- **Communication:** Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure clear and effective communication to maintain positive customer relations.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to facilitate effective service delivery.

- **Follow-Up:** Proactively follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Identify trends or recurring issues and communicate them to management for continuous improvement.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product improvement and service enhancement initiatives.

- **Inventory Management:** Assist in monitoring product availability and manage customer expectations regarding timelines and delivery.

- **Innovation:** Contribute ideas for improving customer care processes and enhancing customer experience. Implement best practices in customer service and participate in training programs as needed.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in a related field is a plus.
- **Skills:**
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Dedicated with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
