**Requirements**:

- **Education**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- **Experience**:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.

- **Skills**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and creativity skills to handle diverse issues effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
