Customer Care Executive Call Center

Job Responsibility  Assist regional manager in managing all business development activities.Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of customers through a range of communication channels (Email, Live Chat, Calls etc.)Gather feedback from customers, observe front-line issues such as application failure, payment issues, product enquires and clarifications etc, and report promptly to supervisor.Assist manager to complete the daily/weekly/monthly report.Tracking and support post-sales service to clients.Ensure payment records are accurate and up-to-date.To perform other duties when required by management Job Requirement  SPM level aboveFresh grad acceptableProficiency in using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment.
