**Job Description:**

UEM Sunrise Berhad, a leader in the development and management of premium property solutions, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Care Officer to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will work remotely, providing exceptional customer support to our clients while maintaining a strong commitment to understanding and empathy in all interactions.

As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will act as a liaison between the customer and UEM Sunrise Berhad, advocating for the customer's needs and delivering timely solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding product offerings, services, and company policies.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Investigate customer complaints and issues, developing appropriate solutions while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

3. **Communication:**
- Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
- Provide feedback to management on customer insights and systemic issues to help improve service delivery.

4. **Documentation:**
- Accurately document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the CRM system to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and trends to recommend enhancements for products and service processes.

5. **Training & Improvement:**
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Contribute to the development of onboarding materials for new team members and share best practices to enhance team performance.

6. **Time Management & Research:**
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
- Conduct research to find answers to customer queries, staying updated on product developments and market trends.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of managing customer inquiries and issues effectively.

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, although extensive relevant experience may be considered.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident and comfortable in engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Resourceful, with the ability to think critically and creatively when addressing customer needs.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research capabilities to find and verify information quickly.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools.
